We all know what happened in the ISDG when we waited until a team went into the hole on time and we had no rule in place to deal with it. (We tried to put it to a vote and it turned into a nightmare.) We are going to try and settle the issue before we start this time. What can we do about teams that cause excessive delays and how long should a team be allowed to play each turn?

100 hrs in bank, 7 greenies, if you go red, you lose a turn but get 50 hrs in the bank.

4 hours per turn is kind of demanding.
Sure, Apolyton, CGN and GCA were always able to handle that but that still left, what, 5 teams which were unable to hold their end up at one time or another? To think that someone has to be on-call to play every turn within 4 hours is pretty harsh. The only reason Apolyton was able to do it was because we had 3 consuls who were able to play the turn and an active member base of ~30 or 40 members at any given time.
Maybe increase the limit to 5 or 6 hours and I would support an enforced time counter.
