Absolute majority = >50% of the votes won the UN poll, anytime the minimum required vote is not reached, the poll will be narrowed down to the top options selected. This will not always be for a tie, but anytime the required majority has not been reached. The options that will be used will be a number determined by the admins but always the highest ones selected.
